Mauve! Who knew it could be so sensuous? Then again, perhaps any color wrapped around a bouncy blonde is sensuous.

Next week’s color in the Challenge is Electric Blue. I’m already thinking that would look best wrapped around a brunette, but we’ll see!

This week our color is playing a supporting role instead of the lead – it appears in the middle of the skirt in that pretty peacock-tail feather pattern. And there it is again in those boots. When you are choosing outfits for the Challenge do you ever get a little color drunk and think you see the sought after hue everywhere you look? I do! But it’s great fun and I love it.

Next week’s color is Mauve. I honestly believe that I do not have any mauve items in my inventory. This may necessitate a shopping spree!

I discovered a couple things while I was doing this week’s Color Challenge. The first, is that I have an insane amount of denim in my inventory (INSANE, I tell you!)…

And the second is that although I usually take a summer hiatus from SL and posting entries here, there is no way I am doing it this year because I am hooked on The Challenge and don’t want to miss a single week of it!

I wonder if Luna Jubilee realizes how much good she and The Challenge are doing for SL? Seriously, this has to be boosting the economy to a certain extent… and it’s definitely added a sense of comradery and togetherness among a large group of fashion bloggers who may not ever connect otherwise. I think that is very cool.
