Isn’t that an interesting quotation? I’ve often wondered about the reason people seem so obsessed with Hollywood and celebrities. Perhaps what is driving the obsession is a subconscious desire for influence and controlling one’s own environment, and if a person doesn’t think they do that for themselves, they live vicariously through a celebrity or fashion icon.

(Yikes. I think I bruised my brain with that one. Haha!)
